Since 1992, Ms. Clausman has brought vision and innovation to the legal industry. Her innovative approach to legal staffing propelled her first staffing company's growth over 2,100% in a four-year period and when she created a document management company, it showed profit in the first year alone.   

For three consecutive years, Ms. Clausman was honored as a finalist of Ernst & Young's Houston Entrepreneur of the YearŽ, listed as one of Houston's 100 Fastest Growing Companies and on the Houston's Top 50 Woman Owned Business list. 

Ms. Clausman has been involved in numerous local and national committees including serving on the Board of Directors for the Woman's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) both nationally and locally.  She is heavily involved in working with other diversity owned women and minority companies.

She also hosted her own radio talk show called JOBTALK. The show addressed employment issues and offered financial and legal advice to its listeners..and had even had a few groupies :-) 


Since 2003, Ms. Clausman has remained in project legal staffing and document management, but she has also wondered into another business, Global Strategic Sourcing.
